Re-personalization may be rejected for various reasons.
- The ticket holder's details (details on the ticket) do not match the details on the identification document.
- The submitted identification document is no longer valid.
- The identification document is not sufficiently legible (image quality).
- The data on the identification document must be in Latin script.
- This is not an accepted identification document
