Why was my re-personalization rejected?

Re-personalization may be rejected for various reasons.

  1. The ticket holder's details (details on the ticket) do not match the details on the identification document.
  2. The submitted identification document is no longer valid.
  3. The identification document is not sufficiently legible (image quality).
  4. The data on the identification document must be in Latin script.
  5. This is not an accepted identification document
