Re-personalization can be carried out if the original ticket holder cannot or does not want to attend the event and would like to transfer the ticket to another person.
The ticket holder can use this process to transfer the ticket to a new ticket holder.
To re-personalize, please proceed as follows:
1. Open your MyTicket portal. You received the link to your MyTicket portal via email with the confirmation email.
2. In your MyTicket portal, you'll find an overview of your tickets. For each ticket, you'll find the following options and information:
- Download Ticket
- To the ticket details
- Personalized
- Re-personalize
3. When you click the "Re-personalize" button, the following window will appear. Please read the text and confirm with "Yes" to continue the process.
4. You will now be asked to specify who the ticket should be re-personalized for. Please enter the details of the new ticket holder here. Then click the red "Re-personalize" button.
5. The ticket holder will receive an email informing them that the re-personalization has started and asking them to confirm this process.
If you are the ticket holder and the person who placed the order, you can simply confirm the process in the next step. You will not receive a confirmation email.
As a ticket holder, click on the red "Link to ticket" button in the email and then on "Re-personalize".
6. In the next view, you can confirm the process.
7. You will then be asked to upload an ID document. Simply let us guide you through the process. If you don't have your ID document handy, you can do it later under "View Ticket Details." The important thing is that you complete the process within 24 hours.
It's important that this is the ID of the original ticket holder. It must still be valid, and all details must be visible.
8. To upload the document, click the "Upload document" button. You also have the option to add a comment here.
9. After the ID document has been uploaded, you will be redirected to the final step.
Here you will be asked to enter the details of the person who will pay for the re-personalization in the next step.
You have 60 minutes to make the payment. If payment is not received within this time, the re-personalization process will be cancelled.
10. After successful payment, your data and documents will be verified within 24 hours on working days. The new ticket will be created and sent to the new ticket holder after successful verification.
The re-personalization is now complete.
