Which identification document do I have to upload for re-personalization?
The current ticket holder's ID document must always be uploaded.
Since only the ticket holder can decide whether and to whom he or she transfers his or her right of access, an identification document of the purchaser is not sufficient if he or she is not the ticket holder.
However, the actual implementation must be confirmed by the ticket holder via email.
The person placing the order cannot assume this responsibility. It doesn't matter who paid for the ticket at the time of ordering.
The following identification documents of the ticket holder are accepted:
