Once you have requested a re-personalization and paid the applicable fee, re-personalization usually takes up to 24 hours (on working days).

If the application is submitted on a Friday, public holiday or weekend, it will be processed on the next working day.

A successful re-personalization process can only be carried out if all information has been provided correctly and completely. This includes a valid identity card/passport/driving licence on which the relevant data has not been redacted.
