By when does the ticket have to be personalized?
The organizer sets a deadline for personalization. This deadline is individual and therefore always different.
The personalization deadline will be indicated in your order confirmation email. Either the deadline will be mentioned or the deadline will be stated directly in the confirmation email.
The deadline is clearly displayed in your MyTicket portal. The date and time until which you can personalize are also stored:
If you have missed the deadline for personalization, the ticket will be personalized for the person who ordered it.
