How and where do I personalize my ticket?

If the organizer requires personalization of the tickets, please proceed as follows.

IMPORTANT: Personalization only takes place after the order in your MyTicket portal.

  1. Open your MyTicket portal using the link in your confirmation email.

  2. Here you can see all the tickets purchased for this order. Tickets that require personalization are clearly marked. Before the tickets are personalized, the name of the person who placed the order is displayed next to each ticket. After personalization, the information you entered will be displayed.

  3. Now all requested data must be entered. Which data is requested is determined solely by the organizer. For example, the organizer may require a passport photo to be uploaded.

  4. After all data has been entered, the personalization must be saved. To do so, please click "Save as required."
    Before the personalization is completed, you will be informed that the data can no longer be changed or the personalization cannot be undone, which must be confirmed again.

  5. Once you have entered all the data and saved it successfully, the successful personalization will be displayed in the MyTicket portal.
    You will then have the option to download the ticket. To do so, click on "Go to Ticket" and you will find the option to download the ticket on the following page.
