Why don't I receive an email about my tickets?

There can be different reasons for this.

Please first check whether the email is in your spam or junk folder.

To do this, enter "TicketPAY" in the search field of your email inbox.

 

Have you received a message that your email inbox is full?

In this case, we ask you to delete any unimportant messages and then request the link to your tickets again via our homepage. Click here to request the link to your tickets.

In rare cases, the email server may automatically block messages from TicketPAY. If this is the case, please provide us with an alternative email address to which we can send the confirmation email .
