How can I change my order details?

We can change the following data:
  1. Email address
  2. Residential address
  3. Company name - if specified
  4. Company address - if specified

To change your data, please follow the steps below:
- Send your request directly to help@ticketpay.de using the email address you used to place your order.
- If you do not have access to the original email address, please send us a picture of your ID for verification via our contact form .

You may black out the following information on your ID card:
- The serial number
- The access number
- The photograph

Once we have verified your identity, we will update your information accordingly and send you confirmation via email.
