All tickets were personalized to me/the purchaser.

There are two possible reasons for this:

Personalization is not necessary or has not been activated:
If you don't have the option to personalize tickets in your MyTicket portal, this is at the request of the event organizer. The purchaser's name will automatically be printed on the tickets. This information is irrelevant for admission.
The tickets are valid even without individual personalization. You can use the tickets as is or hand them out to the desired participant.

The personalization deadline was missed:
If you have missed the personalization deadline, all tickets will be personalized in the name of the person who placed the order.
In this case, you can re-personalize the tickets via your MyTicket portal.
If this option isn't available, please contact the event organizer, who can reissue the ticket if necessary.
