Do I need to personalize my ticket?
You can see whether the ticket needs to be personalized in the ticket shop by the following symbol:
Only those tickets marked accordingly need to be personalized. It's possible that not every ticket for an event needs to be personalized.
Personalization always takes place after the tickets have been purchased in your MyTicket portal.
You can also see in your personal MyTicket portal whether the ticket needs to be personalized:
If you cannot find the corresponding personalization symbol in the ticket shop and you are not prompted to personalize the ticket in your MyTicket portal, individual personalization is neither possible nor necessary. In these cases, the purchaser's name will automatically be displayed on the ticket.
The person placing the order is not considered the ticket holder and is irrelevant in this case.
