All data that can be compared with an identification document must match the data of the desired ticket holder for personalization.
This means that the following data must be entered correctly:
- First and Last Name
- Date of birth
- Full address
If the email address and phone number fields are also requested, you can enter the information as needed. If you don't have the participant's email address, or if the participant doesn't have one, you can enter your own.
