Why aren't my personalization data saved?

Why is my personalization data not saved?

If your personalization data is not saved, this may be due to the following reasons:
  1. You have not yet confirmed the personalization in the confirmation window.



  2. You have not completed a mandatory field. Mandatory fields are always marked with an *.




  3. You have only saved the personalization as a draft. You can use the "Draft" option if you don't yet have all the participant's data. To finally save the process, you must click "Personalize bindingly."
