How can I correct the personalization data?

If you have entered the participant's data incorrectly during personalization, we can correct it.

When can data be corrected?
  1. In case of spelling mistakes in name, email address, address etc.
  2. If the number is transposed or the date of birth is incorrect
  3. Exchange of email addresses

Which data can be corrected?
  1. name
  2. E-mail address
  3. residential address
  4. Date of birth
  5. Company name - if used
  6. Company address - if used

We can correct the data under the following conditions:
  1. Please send your request to correct your data to help@ticketpay.de. Please use the email address provided on your ticket for verification purposes.
  2. If you don't have access to the email address provided, we need a photo of the ticket holder's ID. Send us a request using our contact form.
    The following data may be blacked out:
    - The serial number
    - The access number
    - The photograph
NOTE: Replacing the person is not possible. This requires re-personalization (see related articles).
