Why was my order canceled?


An order may be cancelled for the following reasons.
  1. If you do not meet the payment deadline, the order will be canceled due to non-payment.
    Please do not request payment of the amount retroactively. In this case, please place a new order.

  2. If you have transferred too little money when paying, the order will be canceled.
    In this case, please contact our support team. We can check how to proceed.

  3. You have specified an incorrect or faulty purpose for the payment and/or the name of the purchaser does not match the name of the person paying.
    Under these circumstances, the payment cannot be allocated automatically or manually. In this case, please contact our support team.
