Why isn't the discount from my discount code applied?
If the discount is not included in the total amount of your shopping cart, the selected ticket category is excluded from the discount.
This setting is the responsibility of the organizer and can be set for each ticket category.
If this is the case, after entering and redeeming the discount code, you will find the addition "Not discountable" behind the item description:
