I paid for my tickets twice, what now?

If you paid for the tickets twice, you will of course receive a refund. The process depends on the recipient's account.

If you paid to the "TicketPAY Europe GmbH" account, please contact our support team within two business days of payment. We must receive the payment before we can refund it. This may take up to two business days.
If you paid into the organizer's account, you can contact the organizer directly. Only the organizer can issue refunds from their own account. You can find the contact details of the respective organizer in the shop or in your MyTicket portal under "Help."
