How do I receive an invoice for my ticket order?
The organizer has the option of sending invoices via TicketPAY. If this is the case, you will usually receive the invoice with the order confirmation.
You also have the option to download your invoice in your MyTicket portal.

If you have not received an invoice for your order, the organizer has not activated automatic invoicing or has not sent it automatically.
In this case, please feel free to contact our support team. We can check whether we can send an invoice directly from the system. If this isn't possible, please contact the event organizer.
