How can I cancel the resale?

If you have already offered a ticket for resale in the Resale Shop, you can cancel the resale at any time.

Here is a short guide:

1. Please open the link to your MyTicket portal and click on the "Resell" tab.
2. To cancel the resale, click "Cancel Resale".

After clicking on "Cancel resale" you will be asked to provide the reason for the cancellation.

Of course, you have the option of offering the ticket for resale again at any time.
