Do I have to print my ticket?

Not every event requires the presentation of a printed print@home ticket. Often, it is sufficient to show the ticket on your mobile phone.

Many event organizers provide FAQs for their events, where you can usually find out in what form the tickets should be presented.

Alternatively, you can contact the event organizer directly. They can provide you with detailed information.
You can find the contact details in your MyTicket portal, in the ticket shop under "Help" or in the imprint of the organizer's or event's website.
