Can I exchange or cancel my ticket?
Tickets for leisure activities are non-refundable or non-cancellable, and we cannot rebook them.
Alternatively, you can contact the event organizer or operator directly. They may cancel or rebook tickets as a gesture of goodwill.
You can usually find the organizer's contact details on their website under "Imprint" or in the shop under "Help".
Please note that the organizer is not obligated to agree to this. This may be a sign of the organizer's willingness to compromise, or even a gesture of goodwill.
